How It Works?

Wondering what to expect when you book with us?

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to how the Property Pix process works - from scheduling your shoot to receiving your finished media.

Stage 1

Book Your Shoot

Click the Book Now button to go to the Place Order page, or email us directly at office@propertypix.ie. Booking 3–4 days in advance is best to secure your preferred slot, but if it’s last-minute, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll go over the details with you - property address, access arrangements (lockbox or someone on-site), and any special instructions - so everything’s ready for when the photographer arrives.

Stage 2

Photoshoot Day

Our professional and friendly photographer team will arrive on time with all necessary equipment. Expect the shoot to last 1–2 hours: typically around 1 hour per 1,000 sq ft. We recommend that the property is decluttered, staged, and pets/children be out of the way, so we can capture it at its best. Please check our Prep Guide for more information.

Rain or grey skies? No problem. We continue with interior shots, replace skies in post, and if needed, return later for exteriors (a small revisit fee may apply). You choose what works best!

Stage 3

Delivery & Hosting

All final work is delivered via our own Property Pix system, a secure client delivery and ordering platform.

No more messing with Dropbox or wetransfer links - agents receive a user friendly link which allows access to everything with one click of a button.

  • Photos, video, floorplans, and documents are downloadable directly from your client portal.

  • Matterport 3D tours cannot be downloaded (due to platform restrictions), but we provide hosted links and embedding options. Matterport tours are hosted for 6 months by default. If you need them to live longer, extended hosting is available for €50 + VAT per year. Tours are removed once a property sells or after 12 months, unless renewed.
